In August 2010, Pantheon Leisure made a tender offer to buy back up to 45,500,000 shares at 0.4p per share. Consequent to this transaction, admission of Pantheon's ordinary shares to trade on the AIM market was cancelled on 23 September 2010 and 85 per cent of the Company is now owned by Westside Acquisitions plc (www.westsideacquisitions.com).
